Many letterpress printed on fine paper and with illustrations by David Lance Goines. Items include flyers and menus for the 25th and 40th anniversaries, New Year’s Eve 1991, a menu for Diana Kennedy the food writer, New Zinfandel Festival menus, and a menu celebrating Catherine & Jean-Marie Peyraud, among others. A silkscreen poster celebrating the 9th anniversary of the FMLN (the Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front) of El Salvador. The FMLN originated as a coalition of five guerrilla organizations in 1980 and engaged in a 13-year civil war against the U.S.-backed military government, advocating for land reform, social justice and opposing rampant inequality and state repression. They eventually signed peace accords in 1992 to become a legal political party, and won the presidency in 2009. The image depicts an El Salvadoran community gathering, including some armed.....

The rare original printing of Victor Moscoso's fifth poster for his company Neon Rose, which he established in 1966 to give him more artistic control over his designs. Featuring the band Sopwith Camel for a series of dates in February of 1967 at San Francisco's Matrix club, an early and key venue in developing SF's legendary psychedelic sound. The later printing has "© 1967 NEON ROSE #5 Moscoso” in the lower right, but this original printing has 1967 NEON ROSE Moscoso" omitting the #5, and designating it as the first.....
