The original oversized matchbooks issued in 1977 by Parasol Press to promote their famed Rubber Stamp Print series, which was issued in numbered editions of 1,000, distributed by MoMA New York, and featured artists Agnes Martin, Sol LeWitt, Wayne Thiebaud and others. At over 3" x 4" they are approximately 4 times the size of a standard matchbook (see photos for scale).

A vintage poster by Portland graphic designer Steven Birch with the image of Malcolm X and the phrase "Fight the Power!". Inspiration likely came from the band Public Enemy, who were touring the states in 1988-1990 with the release of their albums "It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back" and "Fear of a Black Planet". The song "Fight the Power" originally appeared on the soundtrack of Spike Lee's film "Do the Right Thing" and later on "Fear of a Black Planet". Printed on heavier, glossy paper stock.....

The exhibition announcement card for "ALife: Shop" a pop-up project featuring 60 artists at Deitch Projects Gallery in New York City. The card mimics Andy Warhol's famous Campbell's soup can and inspiration for the art shop came from Keith Haring’s Pop Shop of the 1980s. Alife was/is a NYC collective and artist's agency. Some of the participating artists were Kaws, Brendan Fowler, Doze, Dynamo/Keith and Alisa Dynamo, Ed Templeton, Galaxia,HUGA/Green Lady, Neverstop/Caterina deCarlo, Ryan McGinness, Shepard Fairey, Space Invader, Tommy Guerrero, Toy Group 360, Twist and Young Kim.

A flyer or broadside describing five events by Ken Friedman: Scrub Piece (1956), Green Street (1959), Christmas Tree Event (1964), Mandatory Happening (1965), and 10,000 (1971); plus the sculpture The Distance From this Sentence to Your Eye is My Sculpture. The event 10,000 consists of distributing "to friends, people chosen by random process, etc., 10,000 objects, papers, events, etc., over a span of time." The flyer states "the publication and distribution of Five Events and One Sculpture by Ken Friedman constitutes a performance of 10,000. 10,000 was first performed over.....

A poster as artwork, or a conceptual piece by George Miller documenting his experience around the Weather Underground bomb explosion at 18 West 11th in New York on March 6, 1970. The poster reads "George Miller, 18 West 11th Street, March 15-May 15, 1970, New York City" and includes a photograph of the destroyed townhouse at that address, which was exploded when a bomb being constructed in the basement by members of the Weather Underground detonated. Three members of the Underground died in the blast. Miller was in New York.....
