One of our favorite new books! The abstract painter Vivian Suter has been living and creating work in Guatemala since the 1980s, and only in the past few years (at age 70) has regained art world recognition with worldwide exhibitions. This books documents the work, process, and environment in which the paintings are created, as well are her unique way of exhibiting the works - often hung together in rows or from the ceiling rather than flat against a gallery or museum wall.
