Laura Owens (white/purple cover)
The Laura Owens catalog from her 2017 restrospective at the Whitney Museum of American Art. The first printing with unique silkscreened covers, all made in Owens' LA studio. Apparently the popularity of the book caught up with the idea to produce unique covers as later editions no longer included the silkscreen covers, but came with various stickers that could be affixed to make your own custom cover. More of artists' book than a traditonal retrospective monograph, it reproduces photographs, notes, documents and ephemera from her career with the artwork being.....
