An original, small acrylic and felt pen on canvas painting by the noted mid-century painter Milton Wilson (1923-2004). Born in Portland, he was an exuberant and inspiring character on the scene, known for his fabulous dinner parties. He moved to San Francisco in the mid-1960s, living there for a decade and painting his acclaimed "Castro" series while in the Bay Area, returning to Portland in the 1970s. His work is in the collections of the Portland Art Museum, the University of Oregon Art Museum, Yale University and the Oakland Art Museum. Item #707.
