Carl Morris: Fountain Gallery
Exhibition announcement for Carl Morris' solo show at the Fountain Gallery in Portland, Oregon from September 16-October 12, 1965. Carl Morris is one of the Northwest's most well-known painters/printmakers of the period between 1930-70. Morris was a WPA artist and good friends with artists working in the Northwest such as Mark Tobey and Clyfford Still. The Fountain Gallery was THE premier gallery of Portland, Oregon in the 1960s.
