Scarce one-sided 7-inch vinyl record, SOUND SAMPLE, recorded by Willoughby Sharp on March 4, 1969 from 8:15 to 8:18 PM in New York City. The recording was apparently produced in conjunction with an exhibit entitled Audio Structures/Systems at the Henri Gallery in Washington D.C. from April 8-30, 1969.
The sleeve contains the vinyl and three loose-leaf pages: one with information for the exhibit and the others with statements from artists George Miller and Theodosius Victoria, respectively. Item #1784.
Condition: Very Good+ in a Good sleeve; the back side of the record shows puckering to the label near the spindle hole; sleeve has light edgewear, paper toning, light soiling on front and back, and creasing to the bottom right corner.
