Mills College: Dept. of Music Documents (1975)
A collection of documents relating to the Electronic Music Studio at Mills College:
- A Fall 1975 two-page document "Special Information for Applicants in Compostion" with info on Ashley and Riley, and the Electronic Music Studio, which featured a Moog synthesizer and the Buchla synthesizer.
- A two-page document "Center for Contemporary Music" with descriptions of the studio facilities and equipment.
- Nine pages of photocopied college admissions material entitled "Graduate Study", possibly mailed to the recipient along with the above documents, with information on requirements and fees for the college year 1976-1977.
From the collection of an individual involved with the E.A.T. (Experiments in Art & Technology) NW chapter and assumed to have been received via the mail from a Mills College inquiry. Item #1399.
Condition: Very Good, some underlining and notes in pen to the 9-page document.
