Nest: A Quarterly of Interiors: Issue 12; Spring 2001

Published from 1997-2004 with a total run of 26 issues, "Nest" was an innovative magazine that strayed from the traditional interior design magazine focus on "beautiful" interior spaces and instead focused on exceptional and unusual environments. Nest was known for its unique printing attributes as each issue included variations such as punched holes, die-cut covers and elaborate inserts.

This issue features a half-circular shape extending off one side. With articles and features on "the decorator gene," Julian Schnabel, Yoichi "Yoga" Nishikawa, Nan Goldin, Yuri Usachev's Mir Space Station diary, a haunted hotel in the Scottish Highlands, Hardy Amies, the Frick Collection, the Chateau de Groussay, and the South London home of Julie Verhoeven and Fabio Almeida, plus more. Also includes article summaries in French, Japanese and Italian. Printed in Milan. Item #1045.

Condition: Very Good, light edgewear; tiny bump to base of spine.
