The rare first book of Roni Horn's ten-volume "To Place" series, which explores her artistic relationship to Iceland. All drawings were produced during a two-month stay in the lighthouse at Dyrhólaey, Iceland in the Spring of 1982. Drawings are reproduced at actual size and are watercolor and/or graphite. Beautifully printed in the Netherlands in an edition of 1,150 from Peter Blum Editions.

Condition: Very Good, light foxing to endpapers (see last detail photo); tiny areas of rubbing to cover corners; now in a custom-made protective mylar jacket.
